Cancellation & refund policy
Please send your cancellations in writing to danijela@conventuscredo.hr
Cancellations received in writing by June 30 will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing between June 30 and October 01 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing after October 1, will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the Organising Committee.
